When you need to chill out and want the remedy to taste good, Sweet Serenity comes to the rescue. Lemon balm, tulsi, spearmint, and catnip provide relaxation while nettle nourishes the nervous system. (As a bonus, lemon balm and tulsi are both said to be great antivirals, catnip and spearmint are lovely on the tummy, and nettle is known to reduce inflammation.)
Based in a delicious blend of organic food grade glycerin and organic grape alcohol, this elixir contains a lower alcohol percentage and has a sweet taste. All of the herbs in this blend were lovingly grown in my own organic gardens.
To Use: take 1-2 dropperfuls up to 4x day
Ingredients: lemon balm, tusli, spearmint, nettle, and catnip infused in organic vegetable glycerine and organic grape alcohol, with flower essences of dandelion, lavender, purple aster, yarrow, and aspen
