Workshop Policies
Conduct Policy
Workshops are available to adults 18 and over. It is expected that participants treat each other and the facilitators with courtesy and respect and commit to confidentiality within the circle. If you are asked to leave a workshop for inappropriate conduct, your fees will not be refunded. For in-person, it is expected that illicit drugs and alcohol will not be brought into the workshop.
Refund Policy
Refunds policies vary by workshop. Please see the specific course for more information. If no policy is specified, general guidelines apply:
Digital, self-paced, and online courses with recordings are not refundable.
Once a live workshop has begun, it is non-refundable.
Last minute cancellations for live workshops and events are non-refundable; however, depending on the workshop and specific policies, you may have the option to transfer your spot to a friend or put your tuition towards an online/future course.
Cancellation Policy
Juniper Stokes reserves the right to cancel any workshops or training courses, or the participation of anyone in these workshops, for any reason. In such a case, with the exception of dismissal for inappropriate conduct, fees paid in advance will be refunded.
Juniper Stokes reserves the right to reschedule any and all programs as needed. Rescheduling a program does not constitute cancellation. She also reserves the right to move any and all in-person events to a virtual format if warranted by health, safety, and accessibility concerns. Moving an in-person event to a virtual container does not in any way constitute cancellation and does not provide grounds for refunds. Juniper is not responsible for any travel-related fees in the event of an in-person event being rescheduled or moved to a virtual format.

Medical Information Form and Participant Contract for In person Workshops Policy
Before you are admitted into an in-person workshop you will be asked to review and sign a Participant Contract for Workshops. These documents will be sent to you upon registration. No Professional Advice; No Practitioner Relationship
Alchemessence Offerings are educational. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional services, and are not a substitute for them.
Nothing in any Offering constitutes diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or a plan of care, and participation does not create a practitioner-client or therapeutic relationship. Information about the traditional, historical, energetic, and clinical uses of plants is offered for education and is not a recommendation for your particular situation.
Spiritual, devotional, esoteric, and divinatory content is offered within a framework of personal and cultural practice. It is not a prediction of outcomes and is not a substitute for professional care.
Consult a qualified physician, licensed mental health professional, or other appropriate practitioner before acting on anything learned in an Offering, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a diagnosed condition, or take prescription medication. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services.
