Processing & Fulfillment

Alchemessence is a one-woman operation: I personally pour, blend, label, and pack every order. Because of this care, please allow 3–10 business days for me to prepare your items, depending on order volume and season. During high-demand periods (like holidays), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Orders typically ship via USPS (or the carrier selected at checkout).

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
    Domestic shipping time generally ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • If you need your order more quickly, rush shipping may be available — please contact me to request this option.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Once the package is in the carrier’s hands (and marked as “shipped”), responsibility shifts to the carrier.

  • If you’d like, you can purchase shipping insurance (ask me for details).

  • Most USPS shipments already include up to $100 coverage, but filing a claim is your responsibility.

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors or your local post office. I can provide you with the documentation you need to submit a claim, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for “delivered” packages.

  • Be sure that the shipping address is correct at checkout: I can only ship to the address you provide and am not responsible for incorrectly entered information.

International Orders

  • International shipping is offered to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out — I may be able to add you.

  • Important: Orders with alcohol-based perfumes are limited in volume (for example, the total liquid must be under 15 ml, so you could order up to 10 samples, or 3 × 5 ml, or 1 × 13 ml).
    Import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees (if required by your country) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once I ship, I cannot guarantee replacement or refund for international orders that are lost, seized, or otherwise delayed in customs.

  • If your order exceeds my international shipping weight limit (currently 4 lb / 1.8 kg), I may cancel it; I reserve the right to do so.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because my products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and energy-based, all sales are final. I’m unable to accept returns.

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving it. Include photos if possible; I will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • In those cases, I may ask you to return the damaged item (or part of your order) so I can either replace it or refund part of your payment, depending on what happened.

Order Cancellation

  • I pour most products to order. If you notice a mistake in your order, email me right away. I will do my best to correct it, but I cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
    For custom or bespoke products (like personalized perfumes or large custom orders), cancellation may not be possible — please check with me quickly.

Custom / Bespoke Products

  • For custom-blended perfumes, oils, or other personalized items, please allow 4–6 weeks for formulation, pouring, and delivery (longer for very large or complex orders).

  • Because these are made especially for you, all custom orders are final sale.

  • All Alchemessence products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent, or texture may naturally occur. These are not defects but signs of authenticity.

  • Products are for external use unless otherwise specified. (Flower essences are designed for safe internal use in recommended doses.)

  • The energetic, spiritual, or symbolic benefits described on this site are for educational and inspirational purposes only; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
