Well, now we can all benefit, because I’ve blended my very favorite relaxing herbs into one magical tincture for deep relaxation, reducing anxiety, sleeping better, nourishing your nervous system, and just chilling out in general.
Tension Tonic contains nettle, motherwort, skullcap, lemon balm, valerian, and catnip in organic grape alcohol and mountain spring water, along with a deeply relaxing blend of my handmade flower essences. I hope you love this as much as I do.
To Use: take 1-2 dropperfuls up to 4x day
