Join me for a midwinter ritual designed to help you reconnect with your inner spark as the world moves through its darkest turning.
In this live workshop, you will explore a seasonal teaching on renewal, engage in a guided inner practice, and work with a simple anointing to support clarity and steadiness for the year ahead.
During our time together, you will:
Receive a short seasonal teaching on renewal and inner brightness during midwinter
Move through a guided practice to reconnect with and call home your inner light
Work with a simple anointing to support focus, steadiness, and gentle illumination
Leave with a personal ritual you can use through the season
This session stands on its own, and it also gives you a feel for how sacred aromatics can support spiritual, emotional, and somatic work. If you plan to join the Sacred Aromatics course in January or the practitioner program in March, this workshop offers a small window into the path ahead.
No previous ritual or scent experience is needed. Bring a notebook and any aromatic you feel drawn to — I’ll provide a list of suggestions upon registration.
