You will experience soul restoration firsthand and learn how to guide others using the Wild Alchemy approach: a grounded synthesis of: alchemical coaching, imaginal practice, energy work, and ecological wisdom.
This is a psycho-spiritual approach to wholeness that is rooted in soma and earth.
We explore the nature of consciousness, access altered states, and deepen our intuitive senses.
And we practice discernment, study historical frameworks, and invite our intellect to the table.
This is practitioner training. You are becoming a Wild Alchemy practitioner.

The Wild Alchemy Apprenticeship trains you to work with soul restoration through the process of releasing what no longer belongs, restoring coherence, and remembering the fullness of your authentic self.

You will learn to guide transformation through an alchemical and ecological lens, working with the natural intelligence of change rather than forcing outcomes. Spiritual work here is inseparable from the living world.

Depth-oriented spiritual coaching that reveals pattern, choice, and agency
Descent, shadow, and the underworld as key passages on our way to wholeness
Guided journeys and trance states that allow clients to access their own wisdom and participate actively in their transformation

(aka, what you will learn)
You will master the principles and practices of soul restoration—learning to recognize where someone is in their alchemical process, guide imaginal journeys with skill and ethics, and maintain energetic coherence even when holding intensity.
You will also do some of your deepest personal work—facing your own edges with power, visibility, and service. This isn't a "watch videos and take notes" program. You'll be in the alchemical cauldron yourself.
You will learn techniques for client work—alchemical coaching methods, imaginal facilitation practices, and sacred ecological principles that create transformation in ways that feel like magic (but are actually skillful, grounded work).
This is not a passive training. You will practice guiding journeys. You will work with energy and plant allies. You will learn how to structure sessions, maintain ethical clarity, and bring this work into the world in ways that are grounded, human, and sustainable.
By the end of this program, you will be able to:
Facilitate imaginal and archetypal journeys for others with confidence and skill
Recognize alchemical phases of transformation and respond appropriately
Hold ethical, consent-based, trauma-aware coaching containers
Work with energy, plants, and ecology in ways that feel authentic to you
Design and offer sessions, rituals, or creative work rooted in soul-level coherence
Translate this work into your own practice, leadership, or life context
And you will be held—in a small, intimate circle (maximum 30 students, expecting ~12). This allows for real mentorship, feedback, and relationship.. This level of personal mentorship is only available within this apprenticeship.

Pillar 1: The Alchemical & Ecological Nature of Transformation
Learn the foundations of soul-level change from Eastern and Western traditions.
Alchemy offers a clear map for transformation. Ecology reminds us that change happens in cycles, not straight lines.
In this pillar, you will learn how to recognize the phases of transformation as they show up in real human lives. You will study alchemical frameworks from Eastern and Western traditions and learn how they intersect with ecological and cosmic cycles.
You’ll learn to:
Identify which alchemical phase someone is in and what kind of support serves that phase
Work with overlapping cycles at play in a person’s life, including bodily, ecological, and cosmic rhythms
Learn meditations and energetic practices that assist transformation in yourself and clients
Tend your nervous system and body in partnership with Earth, plants, and nature allies
Root your work in the cycles of nature and an unshakable sense of belonging to the Earth and the cosmos
When you understand the alchemical and ecological processes of transformation, you stop forcing change and start guiding it.
Pillar 2: Guide Imaginal & Archetypal Processes
Work with symbols, dreams, myths, and archetypes as living forces.
Our stories are alive—which means we can partner with them to learn, shift, and direct the narratives we wish to tell going forward. This is mythoanimism: the practice of engaging with myths and symbols as animate, responsive forces.
In this pillar, you will learn how to enter the imaginal realm with skill and how to guide others there safely. This includes guided journeys, archetypal inquiry, dreamwork, and symbolic dialogue.
And you will learn how to work in this terrain while maintaining your client’s personal and spiritual sovereignty.
Your clients will call this work "magic." You'll know it's a skill. ;)
You'll learn to:
Facilitate guided imaginal journeys and non-psychedelic altered states responsibly
Work with archetypes as living forces rather than fixed roles
Integrate journaling, dreamwork, and symbolic practices into sessions
Recognize when imaginal work is supportive and when it is not appropriate
Help clients shift the stories shaping their lives without imposing meaning
Pillar 3: Hold Clean, Ethical Coaching Containers
Ask better questions, navigate resistance, integrate intuition with active listing, and understand ethical power dynamics.
When we support soul-level awakening, we are meeting our clients at the most intimate, vulnerable layers of their being. Any training in spirit work must include not just a code of ethics, but actual skills that help us maintain these ethics in the midst of the most tricky and messy circumstances.
This pillar focuses on the human-to-human capacities that many spiritual trainings neglect.
Too often, trainings in reiki, shamanism, psychic development, tarot, energy medicine, yoga, and other spirit support fields lack the grounded human-to-human skills you’ll need to do this work effectively. By cultivating coaching skills alongside your spirit work, you will become the safe, trusted haven clients have been looking for. This, perhaps more than anything, will create the influx of clients you want.
You will learn how to:
Ask questions that illuminate insights into choices and patterns rather than drive an agenda
Meet resistance as intelligence rather than something to push through
Maintain clear boundaries around scope, consent, and referral
Work with power in ways that are collaborative rather than extractive
Develop and embody a personal ethical code you can actually maintain

Pillar 4: Maintain Energetic Coherence
Energy techniques to support transformation at the foundational levels.
Most coaching programs leave out energy medicine. Most energy or spiritual trainings leave out coaching. The magic of this training is in the alchemy of both.
When you tune the field of frequency, your sessions become exponentially more effective. You’ll learn to understand resonance, vibration, and coherence as relational phenomena. You’ll learn techniques for supporting your alchemical work at energetic levels.
You will learn how to:
Support soul restoration by working directly with the body’s energy systems
Release patterns, beliefs, and energetic attachments that no longer belong
Maintain healthy energetic boundaries through grounded presence rather than constant protection
Guide psychopomp and cord-release practices ethically
Work with scent, sound, color, and intention to shift states and fields

Wild Alchemy is not a rigid methodology you will take into the world. It is a rich and fertile landscape for your own gifts to bloom. This training is designed to give you skills that transfer across all areas of life.
This pillar focuses on integration and application. You will receive support in shaping this work so that it fits your rhythms, values, and real-life circumstances.
You will learn how to:
Design and structure sessions or offerings that reflect your gifts
Price, share, and market your work with integrity and clarity
Integrate Wild Alchemy into existing practices or professions
Identify your emerging thought leadership and creative voice
Bring this work into daily life, relationships, and long-term vision
Our Foundation: Plant Wisdom
Throughout the training, you will work with plants as allies and teachers.
This is not a training in herbalism nor an anointing-specific program. Rather, everything you do will be supported through relational, animist, and ethical plant partnerships.
You will learn how to:
Partner with plant intelligences to support grounding, protection, opening, and integration
Use scent, hydrosols, and simple plant preparations in sessions and rituals
Attune to plants as living participants in imaginal and energetic work
Form a personal team of plant allies you love and can build ongoing relationships with

The old frameworks—transcendence over embodiment, personal healing as an endless loop, spiritual bypassing that ignores the world's pain, or doom-scrolling that ignores the sacred—do not provide the grounded spiritual leadership that is needed now.
We're living in an age of entropy—the chaotic force that's always at play. Entropy isn’t "bad"—rather, it acts the dynamic opposing force that gives us opportunities to create.
Our role as practitioners, artists, and spiritual leaders is to meet entropy with beauty.
To take chaos and organize it into something intentional and alive. To transform heavy energy—grief, anger, fear—through the act of creation. This is how we survive and serve.

Welcome! I’m Juniper Stokes.
I've been practicing, studying, and teaching spiritual work for over 20 years. I've trained with Taoist alchemists, Hellenistic astrologers, celebrated yogis, and artisan perfumers. I've studied shamanic practices and depth psychology. And I've worked with hundreds of students.
But here's what matters most:
I've spent the last decade specifically refining how to work with soul restoration through an alchemical and ecological lens—in ways that are grounded, ethical, and trauma-informed. I've developed curriculum that honors lineage without getting dogmatic. I've built a practice that holds complexity without bypassing.
My primary influences in creating this formation include my work with: Jessika Siorai and her mentorship in Taoist alchemy; Tiffany Carol’s emergent metacreator community, Jamie Wheel’s trainings in flow states, leadership, and the polycrisis; Joanna Lindembaum’s mentorship in depth coaching, group facilitation, and ethics; and my lifelong mythic and mystic relationship with the animated nature of earth and cosmos.
I’m here to support you no matter what traditions you come from or are drawn to. You are the expert of your own spiritual path. I believe that diversity is a gift to any circle, and welcome those from all walks of life to join my communities.

To become capable of sharing our most important gifts with the world, we must begin with ourselves. This is why our apprenticeship focuses on both inner work and outer skills.
You will be held in a strong, safe container that will serve as an alchemical cauldron of personal transformation in this program.

All course content and live calls will be recorded for later viewing, so you can do these lessons on your own time.
This is also an emerging curriculum and format. It will be updated throughout our time together to best serve the needs of our group. There will be built in periods for rest and integration throughout our program.
