The 5 Stages of Your Creation

Stage One — The Intake

Upon booking and payment, you'll receive a detailed written intake form. This is where your commission truly begins. I ask about your relationship to scent, the memories, feelings, and archetypes you want to evoke, the spiritual work you're in, your relationship to the natural world, and what you want this fragrance to do for you or your ceremony.

There are no right answers. Write freely. The more honestly and fully you share, the more alive your scent will be.

If you'd like to talk through your intake, an optional 30-minute video call is available after you've submitted your written form.

Stage Two — The Transmission

This is my private creative phase, and it is not rushed. I sit with your words, your energy, and the plants. I smell into the spirit realms. I work in partnership with the muses and the botanical allies to find the formula that is truly yours.

You will not hear from me during this stage — this is intentional. The work is happening.

This process takes up to 4 weeks + maceration time.

Stage Three — The Reveal

Once your formula has been created and has had adequate time to macerate and marry, I will send you a detailed Scent Portrait in writing. This names your perfume, describes the essences chosen and why, and shares the artistic and spiritual intentions woven throughout.

For those who wish to connect: I offer an optional reveal call at this stage.

As a courtesy, you may request a small sample of your scent after the reveal.

Stage Four — One Round of Refinement

You have one opportunity to request a refinement. This is a single adjustment — a shift in direction, a request to deepen or soften an aspect of the scent. It is not a rebuild from scratch.

Please understand: You have commissioned an artist and a channel. The plants have already spoken. Refinements are welcomed and honored within this container; redirection of the entire vision is outside its scope.

Refinement requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your Scent Portrait or sample receipt.

Stage Five — Your Final Bottle

Your finished perfume or oil is bottled, blessed, and sent with a Ritual Card — a small document naming your scent, its essences, its intention, and a simple anointing or wearing practice to deepen your relationship with it.

This is yours. Entirely and completely.

Timeline

Please allow 6-8 weeks from intake form submission to final shipping. This includes creative gestation, blending, maceration time, and refinement (if applicable).

Group and event commissions may require additional lead time. Rush requests are not guaranteed and require an additional rush fee.

A Note on the Essences

I work with a full spectrum of botanical materials — from beloved classics like rose, neroli, jasmine, and sandalwood, to some of the rarest aromatics in the world: true blue lotus, jonquil absolute, boronia, nettle absolute, eaglewood, aged oud, and more. 

I do not offer tiers based on materials. Every commission draws from my full palette. The plants that want to be part of your scent will make themselves known. Cost of materials is absorbed into your investment.
