Wild and Tinctured Materials

Some ingredients are tinctured from wild or locally gathered plants. These materials typically form part of the background palette rather than dominant notes, contributing texture, nuance, and place-based character. Common inclusions are from the high desert and mountainous lands I call home, as well as fragrant flowers and herbs from my own organic gardens.
ponderosa pine, great western sagebrush, tomato leaf, local lavender, juniper berry, larch, bee balm, and more

What is not used

No synthetic fragrance compounds
No aroma chemicals
No natural isolates
No cruel animal ingredients

Bases and Carriers

Alcohol-based perfumes are made with organic, Demeter-certified cane and grape alcohols.

Oil perfumes and solid perfumes are made with: organic jojoba, coconut, and beeswax.

Natural Variation

Because these perfumes are made from natural materials, variation between harvests and batches is expected and honored. Seasonal shifts, aging, and the nature of living materials mean no two bottles are ever completely identical. Many perfumes are limited editions because of the changing landscape of natural ingredient availability.

Transparency

Exact formulas are my heart art and not shared publicly. Ingredient information is offered to support informed choice, material literacy, and appreciation of this beautiful art form.

Questions about materials or sensitivities are always welcome.

Other Aromatic and Botanical Preparations

Across the shop, including anointing oils, hydrosols, flower essences, and spirit sprays, ingredients remain fully natural and are prepared in small batches.

Ingredients may include wild local plants, hand-gathered natural spring water, high elevation and coastal flower, luxury natural oils, handmade infusions and tinctures, vibrational preparations, and more.
