And yet this awareness often comes with a painful sense of powerlessness.

The systems too complex.
The future too uncertain.
This is actually a form of learned helplessness: repeated exposure to overwhelming problems trains your nervous system to stop trying.
(Not to mention all the personal shedding and rebuilding that goes along with these big changes… It’s a lot. For anyone.)

Another path is emerging — one rooted in creativity, coherence, and spiritual depth.

Your Guide
Welcome. I’m Juniper Stokes, a teacher and practitioner of wild alchemy — a soul-centered healing approach that weaves together ecological wisdom, alchemical practice, imaginal work, and energy medicine.
I’m also an artist — working primarily with color, scent, and words — and I know that creativity holds the key to these metamorphic times.
I’ve spent more than three decades exploring the intersection of spirituality, ecology, and transformational leadership.
I practice Taoist alchemy and have studied extensively in cross-cultural mystical and shamanic traditions. I’m also a certified coach through the Institute for Applied Depths and have completed a integrative leadership training with Jamie Wheal.
My approach weaves together alchemical philosophy and animist traditions with modern psychological insight and grounded leadership.
I teach at the intersection of the ecological and the cosmological.
I believe spiritual leadership is one of the most needed and most undervalued capacities of our time. Through my teaching, writing, and practitioner training programs, I help people reconnect with their creative power and develop the skills needed to guide others through times of change.
Our ecological crisis needs a cosmological solution. What the world needs are people who can tend the soul — their own, the people around them, the soul of the Earth.
We need people who can transform awareness into agency. Fear into hope. Entropy into beauty.

An Invitation to Go Deeper
For those who feel a strong resonance with this work, the workshop will also introduce the Wild Alchemy Practitioner Program.
This year-long training supports people who want to deepen their own spiritual path while developing the skills to guide others through transformation.
There is no pressure to pursue the program.
The workshop itself stands on its own as a complete experience.
