Flower essences may be taken straight on the tongue, or in water or another beverage. You can also add flower essences to mists and baths.

Avoiding alcohol? I can make any essence in a blend of spring water and apple cider vinegar instead of organic grape alcohol upon request. Simply leave me a note with your order.
