Lemon balm grows in my yard the way it grows in every yard that has ever let it in: generously, and wherever it likes. Brush the leaves and the air turns to lemon, softer and greener than any citrus. I cut it in August, and it went into the still fresh.

  • Hydrosols are living waters and contain no added preservatives. Store out of direct sun, ideally in the refrigerator or a cold, dark place.

    Best within 12 months of opening, though may last 2 years with good storage. Shake gently before each use to carry the oil through the water.

  • Made and bottled for external use. Some essential oil content is naturally occurring in this distillation.

    Patch test on the inside of your wrist before misting your skin, and stop if irritation appears.
